Transfers

Hello everyone! So this week wasn't too crazy. The main thing this week was doing transfers! Quite the adventure hahah, its like a huge game of Sudoku. You change one thing and effects the entire plan. So we had a plan set and ready and one thing went wrong at the very beginning and so we ended up having to change a whole lot of stuff and adapting with a lot of things on the spot. However, we got it all done in THREE days!! I don't know what its like in other missions, but right now in our mission with Covid and borders and everything that is incredible. Sometimes transfers have lasted like a week or so. So I am very glad it went well.

My new companion is named Elder Robbins. He was in my MTC group and I haven't seen him a whole lot during my mission so I was super excited to be serving with him. It has been so much fun with him hahah he is a stud! We are going to have a fun transfer ahead of us.

Besides that we were just adjusting and getting things set up for the transfer. We had a cool experience where we were visiting a member and she wasn't at her door and so we knocked a door next to hers and the lady there was super nice and let us in and we talked and exchanged numbers and such, so very excited to meet with her again.

Picking up the trainees is always fun hahah, they were so sleepy when they got here, like completely out of it. Its fun to get to know each of them a little bit before they dip to their areas.

 

We tried to send our buddy Elder Iebinoka home (he's been on his mission for like 3 years now) and on the way there, in  Dubai, he got denied because his vaccination card said "j and j" instead of Johnson and Johnson which sucks. Keep him in your prayers so he can get home! He's back in Croatia with us again now.

 

We found this ladder into our attic, so we checked it out and it was just some pieces of wood and nothing crazy, but we also have this grill on our balcony so we took some of the wood from the attic and had a BBQ and made some homemade burgers hahah, it was so awesome!
